Upon receiving my inquiry, she reached out via email and then kindly spoke with me on the phone. Even though I kept saying "we are just thinking about it, I don't want to waste your time" She invited us to one of her open houses (which ironically was in the same building - 1250 N. Dearborn Street- we ended up purchasing in)! During that initial connection, Carol set up 2 other showings for us - she was so adept at listening or intuiting what we liked and didn't like - given the property mix she set up for us was a vintage Streeterville property (gorgeous!) and a Lincoln Park high-rise. We left that initial visit knowing Carol was the only REALTOR we'd consider. Her responsiveness is top-notch and she is an exceptional negotiator. She insisted we go lower than I thought (It's not an insulting offer, it's a fair place to start") Carol kept us conservative in our counter offers ("I know what this property is worth, we are not going that high") We ended up getting our "forever city home" with its gorgeous lake view, $25,000 below the asking price. (Plus the property had been on the market only for a few days). Just an incredible experience.

I was a nervous wreck waiting for our contract to get signed and she was so patient with my many, many questions.
